It's been so long since I've done Daltimin-themed pictures.
Or was able to experiment. I like how this turned out despite this not being 100% perfect but and I think...it really brings out Drakesin's other side.
In summary, he's a Fallen. He also usurped the throne of Hell, though, soooo...

I forgot that I don't know how to paint tears.

The lightning in this one is really great, I like how the wings produce shadows on his body, also the contrast between inside and outside is quite well like this. The glowing feather makes the picture even more mystical 
Then I like his pose, he looks quite exhausted. The only thing is his nose, I think it's a bit to long , but that's only a small detail Maybe you can search for some pictures of tears, even hear on dA, I think there a even groups dedicated to those pictures, maybe you can find some nice references there. And by the way, where did you rp? I'm curious about rping, but I don't really know where to get started
